Customer’s satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want our customers to fully enjoy their shopping experience and understand the reasons for returning item(s) if not 100% sure. Therefore, we’re happy to accept any changes of your mind within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. 

Yes, we offer 14-day hassle free returns! The 14-day return policy starts from the date of delivery. If you start your return after 14 days of your delivery, your return will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to your original address less the shipping charges. 

Non-Returnable

  • All custom made items and sales are final and not returnable
  • Any items are worn or exceeds 14-day of delivery
  • Gift Cards

All items must be unworn with tag(s) in its original packaging, otherwise a $10 restocking fee will be charged if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

Please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@vivejewelry.co with a subject ‘Return Request - Order #________’, write us your order number, reason for the return and whether you’d like a refund or store credit, within 14 days of your shipment.
2. You will get a confirmation email from our staff in two business days and once you get your confirmation, you can follow our shipping guidelines and ship back your item(s) back to our warehouse.
3. Pack your item(s) in its original packaging (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached) and mail it back to our address. Please note we are not responsible for the shipping cost of your return, it will be at your cost.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return is accepted or not. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed immediately and automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If your return is rejected, your item(s) will be sent back to your address less the shipping cost.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange options at the moment. 

Price Adjustments

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. Promotions change frequently and orders must be placed during the timeframe to get the offer at the time of checkout.

Defective or Damaged

If you receive any damaged or defective item(s), please send us an email at info@vivejewelry.co with your order number, the item number and attach the proof of pictures of the defective part of the item. Our staff will handle it within two business days.

Order Cancellation

We give a one-hour window for you to cancel your order if you change your mind. If we get notified after one-hour and your order has not been shipped, you will get a full store credit. If we get notified after one-hour and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer any cancellation or store credit.
