We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe and a total of over 200 countries. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.
We offer Economy (5-8 business days) at $6.99 on all domestic orders (no minimum order total). If you need your order sooner, you can select Standard Shipping or Express Shipping for $15.99 and $24.99, respectively.
If your order amount is qualified for free shipping at a certain amount listed on our website, your shipping cost will be waived. More details please see our latest website announcement.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES
Prices reflected on Vive Jewelry do not include taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes and duties due during package delivery. If a package is refused by the customer and is not returned to us, we're not able to provide a refund.
TRACKING ORDERS

Vive Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a correct and safe delivery location when purchasing with vivejewelry.co. If you would like insurance on your package, you may select priority shipping, as USPS provides the customer $100 insurance for lost packages.
